Welcome to our unique waterfront retreat with fast water access. Enjoying it would be perfect for you, your friends, and your families. This one-level house spans approximately 2,400 square feet, with an additional 200 square feet dedicated to an entertainment area/game room. The game room can be used as a fourth bedroom; it has a sofa that can be turned into a queen bed. Stay connected with excellent high-speed (~900 Mbps) internet from Xfinity/Comcast, supported by an Orbi Mesh system. Enjoy your favorite movies on one of the 4 Samsung Smart TVs with Netflix. There is ample parking for 4 to 5 cars on the driveway and one car in the garage. Yes, we have you covered with kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, fishing rods, floating devices, and bicycles available for you to use during your stay. Bring your boat and friends, and unwind on the water. The best part? You can fish right from the dock!
